We closed escrow last Friday, so we are starting fresh here. No longer the Highland Park Project, but the Lilac Project!!
We started patching holes, there were no less than 1,000 holes in the walls. Crazy.
After patching, sanding and texturing, we took down track lighting, ugly fans, and started painting!
I wanted to get rid of the blue, pink, green, and brown walls as soon as I could!
I am also getting rid of the swiss coffee white and going with ultra pure white. This house doesn't get that much light throughout the day, so the swiss coffee looks yellow and old in here.
