Upstairs Bathrooms

When we were having the wood installed downstairs and in the upstairs office, I made the mistake of "accidentally" breaking some of the ugly tile in our master bath.
It had been laid incorrectly and over a couple of layers of some other stuff that wasn't supposed to be under the tile.

I ended up having the tile on the floor demoed before our carpet was installed and we have been living like this for the past month. I have had several people come out to give me quotes on demoing the the rest of the tile and installing what I want, but everyone is way overpriced.

I've decided that we'll have wood installed on the floors in the bathrooms. This way I don't have to demo anymore of the tile until we are ready to spend some more money....also, I will be putting down a floor I can live with rather than putting a tile in that doesn't match what is already there. I hate the tile in the bathrooms but I guess I can live with it for a while. I've cleaned it at least :-)

The floor installers said wood in the bathrooms should be fine, just as long as we don't leave water on it.
I already I have it in the downstairs bathroom!
