The joy of owning a home...

Why is it, that once you start to feel like things are starting to turn around, something breaks??!!!!!!
New on the "things to fix" list:

   ___ WATER HEATER
   ___ New Outdoor Door for Basement

    Oh no! I hope the water heater is on the top of the list! You are not alone with things breaking just when things get better.
