Another update!

We had a very mellow New Year's weekend. We only dedicated Sunday afternoon and Monday to working on the house.

Unfortunately, I have come down with another cold :( 

Being pregnant and sick are not easy to begin with, but having an endless list of things to do around that house makes it even more difficult. 

Yesterday, we were able to almost finish all of the white railing. We've had to do multiple coats and there is a LOT of detail work. We stained under the deck and I put a quick coat on the top just to see if the color was going to be right. I like it. It works with the current house color (which I want to change in the near future) and I think it will go with whatever color I end up changing the house to. 

It was hard staying motivated though. It was about 90 degrees yesterday and that is when I started to feel bad. At least we accomplished part of it! 

Next weekend we will try to finish it!!!!

I have so much taping off to do! Big project.

Golf umbrellas came in handy in our 90 degree December weather!

Started to paint the green trim white to match the deck & white fence.

Look at those stairs! No termites and Boss won't fall through them!!!
