I fully intend on replacing all the doors in the house and I thought if I left them "as is" it would be motivation to replace them sooner. Well, I am 9 months pregnant... due in less than 10 days and we haven't had the time or money to replace the doors yet.
My mom was here this week and offered to paint the doors. I guess they were bugging her.
She didn't get around to doing it while she was here, so this weekend I broke out the paint.
Why didn't I do this sooner? These doors were disgusting and I allowed other people to look at them! Years of lead paint and grime doesn't wipe off.
I apologize to all of our guests we've had lately. Dirty doors are a disgrace....especially since we've worked so hard to paint everything else. I painted 3 doors, 2 sides each. I kind of overdid it yesterday but I am running out of time.
