We put an offer on a house and it was accepted, but its a short sale so it could be three months!
So here is a preview of the house. Looks so much different than our last house. For one, it is 3 times the size and the yard is HUGE! Pool, spa, outdoor water fountains, built in BBQ, outdoor cooking area, fire pit, artificial turf, you name it.
Even though the house newer construction, I keep myself up at night thinking of everything I will change! haha.

ReplyDeleteAlso so nice that it's a clean slate... so many possibilities! But more like what can I do, than what eyesores need to be fixed, as is with mine, or older houses that have a history of many generations of residents with poor taste. :P
